We have a special family sized room in the original farmstead, The Farmstead, and a dual level cottage, Frank Wightman Cottage, although all of our rooms are prepared for family getaways. Children will love the pool area while Mom and Dad have plenty of space to lounge and relax after a dip. The a la carte menu offers parents an extensive choice of wholesome meals to choose from for their children and a promise of our homemade ice-cream for dessert will find them finishing their food!

The Farmhouse Hotel is set in a peaceful area overlooking the tranquil lagoon and is a safe area with watersports and natural attractions to help entertain your young ones. Family rooms feature TV’s with DSTV Satellite Television that includes popular children’s channels for your children to enjoy. Should the need arise, we could fit your room or the cottage with a camper bed or a cot. We also offer babysitting services and a child friendly atmosphere that will take your mind off everything and help you enjoy your time with us.

Camper beds

The Camper beds are perfect for children as it brings in the fun element of camping, yet being comfortable enough so that you child can get a good night's rest. Available for children 3 - 12 years.

Langebaan is a veritable children’s paradise, with a plethora of captivating nature attractions. There are so many things to do in Langebaan that it rivals top seaside holiday destinations. If you feel that you need a break from swimming in the cerulean blue waters of the lagoon or from feeling the sand between your toes, we have some suggestions for you:
